Then come join London’s most central club!
Wapping Hockey Club caters for all abilities and are looking for new members to join for the 2012/13 season.
Whether you’ve never picked up a stick before, or have been playing for years, Wapping have teams to suit all abilities with our Mens and Ladies 1st XIs in their respective East Premier League, with the rest of our 8 mens teams and 5 ladies teams competing in the East and Essex leagues.
For a more social game, we also regularly field 2 mixed teams, as well as providing opportunities to get involved with umpiring and coaching.
It’s not all about the hockey though, as we pride ourselves on being the most social club in London. There are a number of club wide events throughout the year, as well as tours and summer hockey too, so it’s not
all about what goes on, on the pitch!
Our club day will be held on Saturday 1st September, and will provide a great opportunity to come along and meet the existing members of the club in a friendly atmosphere, play a bit of hockey and have a drink or two in the club house with our start of the season hog roast!
