Understanding the 5 yard rule

Keen to start capitalising our run of strong form, we went out fast against Thurrock. Training, fitness and playing more together as a team was really starting to show. With a few unjustified disallowed goals....not that we hold grudges, Emma managed to score 3 official goals, with Bee and Marieke taking 2 each. Even with a lead of 7 goals we still were not understanding the rules of hockey and Sinead ended up receiving a green card for having to be told continuously to back of 5 yards! MOM went to Emma for 5 goals and DOD went to Sinead for getting herself carded.
