Annual Membership Fees:
Adult: £200
Student/Unemployed: £140
Social membership (Mixed): £45
A reminder that you have until the end of August to renew your membership and protect your place in Wapping HC for the coming 2009/10 season. After the end of August any remaining places in the club will be open to new members and prior members who have not paid before the deadline or who wish to upgrade their membership. Applications from new and upgrading members will be considered following a top-down approach in order to ensure the higher teams continue to maintain their strength.
Please note: members can only renew membership before the end of Aug on a ‘like for like’ basis (i.e. - social for social, full for full, but not upgrade social to full).
We operate a NO PAY, NO PLAY policy. Players who have not paid or sorted out an instalment plan before the first league match will not be eligible to play.
You can only benefit from the early payment discount of £20 on these rates if a payment is received before the end of August. i.e. - If you pay before the end of August the discount price for the year is £180, payable either in one lump sum or in two £90 instalments. No early payment discount applies to the social membership.
Subs paid after 31 August will go up to £200 (or 2x £100). If you will struggle to pay any of these amounts at the moment, please contact the treasurer (

We have removed the Google Payment functionality from the website due to increased costs for using this facility since April 09.

Payment can also be made by cheque or cash – To avoid confusion cheque and cash payments will only be accepted by the Treasurer (Stacey) and either of the Club Captains (Jen and Nirpal). Please do not try to give subs money to your captains as they won't accept it.
You will not be eligible to play in league matches or be covered under the club insurance until subscriptions have been paid. Subscriptions include the cost of training, 3rd party insurance, coaching and affiliation to the sports governing bodies. Membership of the club entitles you to attend any event the club is running throughout the season, both on and off the pitch.In the event of being unable to pay the full amount up front, please contact the treasurer (

Match Fees:
A minimum of £5 is to be collected by team captains (or a nominated representative) from each player at every match. Match fees are collected to cover pitch hire costs, additional coaching costs and any team related costs that may occur. Captains will pay match fees to the club as agreed with the treasurer.
